Karlee Despres Joins Blaze as Softball Trainer!!!!

Blaze is very excited to have now two amazing trainers that call Blaze home for softball training.

Karlee Despres has recently joined Hitomi Brown at Blaze.

Karlee, is currently a business professional with a passion for sports and fitness.  Karlee played collegiate softball and basketball at Davenport University and was named an NAIA Scholar Athlete, Academic All American, while earning a Bachelors degree in sport management and international business.  In High Scholl Softball Pitching Career, Karlee set a school record for most career wins, most strikeouts, most shutouts and most no hitters, and in 2008 was named MSHSAA Pitcher of the year.  She was also a player on the 2008  Big League World Series Championship Team.  In her collegiate career at Davenport, Karlee recorded 6 no hitters, posted a single season school recored with 162 strikeouts, 454  career strikeouts, 181 batting average, and currently holds the single game record of most strike outs (17).  In 2013 Karlee was named Assistant Softball Coach at Grand Rapids Community College.  Since then she has focused on training players individually.   We are proud to have Karlee on our team to better our Blaze players!
